Made AI useful enough that the team actually used it.

My team started essentially AI-ignorant and intimidated by the technology. By the end, Claude was part of their everyday work.

I did not start with a mandate

People use new tools when the tools make their lives better. “Leadership says we are an AI company now” is not a workflow.

I helped the team learn how to use Claude for research, writing, documentation, and internal communication. Over time their Slack messages became better researched, customer responses had fewer errors, they could search across internal knowledge more effectively, and documentation became much faster to create and update.

Then it spread

Eventually the team was not just comfortable using AI. We were helping people in other departments get started with it too. That is the part I find most interesting about AI transformation: the technology matters, but adoption is a people and operating problem.
